I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing service with top quality workmanship. The repairs were quite reasonable (less than I guessed they would be). My car is only 3 months old and they repaired the damage to looking almost new again. I was disappointed in myself for damaging my new car and now it looks great. From estimate to pick-up the process was smooth and professional.

This store has very nice clothes - very much more upscale than any other consignment or vintage store in Nanaimo. The selection of clothes, shoes and jewelry is very extensive and I have bought several items. As a regular customer, Brianna and her staff are very helpful in bringing items to my notice that they think I will like.

My doctor sent me to Natalie at Ultimate Success because I needed to lose 30lbs before I can have surgery. I am impressed and happy to say that in 4 months I lost that weight and can now have my surgery.
