I couldnt get my gas fireplace to light. The CustomComfort team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and arranged to order a replacement part. They replaced the part, cleaned up afterwards and left the fireplace not only working, but looking better than it had before. I was very impressed with them, would use them again, and would highly recommend them!

Our central air system stopped working when the thermometer hit 40 celsius, and thank goodness for Aire One! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. Thank you Aire One for great service.

This is the second time we needed help with our residential air conditioning. we called and had our unit serviced the same evening by friendly and knowledgeable technicians. I learned about A1 from Yellow pages, and gave them a call. I have been looking to purchase a new air conditioner furnace for a few years now. The last few sales men I contacted were pushy and had many hidden costs...very sneaky. So finally I tried A1, The ladies at the office were extremely nice my salesman was fantastic and educated me on what I really needed. The installers were clean, quick, and informative. After they had a quality assurance inspector come out to make sure everything was installed properly and then made sure I understood my new thermostat...by the way wifi is the way to go !!! All in all it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who mentions they need an HVAC company.
