Exemplary customer service. Due to some misunderstanding, the order was not as per the expectations and Jag (Owner and manager) who had taken the order was kind enough to provide a complete refund on the entire order! This vet is amazing! My dog walker told me about them. They are quick, efficient and care a lot about the animals. They are all so friendly too. They are quick to book you, fast to serve you they took the best care of my pup. He recovered so quickly after his was fixed. His incision site was pristine. Any time I have called with an issue, they are happy to assist. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Rob is fantastic.
He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
My only regret - not writing this review sooner.

We went to enjoy an evening with another couple. A follow up after our 40th anniversary. We had a great time and exception dinner experience with a special thank you to Mercedes. You definitely made our visit to The Keg all that much better.

Both my boys have benefitted greatly from their Sylvan experience. When they go there the focus and enjoy it. I am actually looking forward to their next report cards. They have come a long way. I am glad i did not wait to long to get them help because although the school said they were doing OK, I knew they could do more. Sylvan has been a great experience for all of us. The staff have been amazing they really care about every child and they are very professional.

Andrea is amazing! Her office is very clean and professional, yet relaxing. She really makes a point of knowing her clients very well and offers lots of great advice to help out. My skin looks much healthier and younger, without the look of having work done. I am so glad that I found her!

So enthusiastic about their work it was great to talk to them - we learned a lot, and they did a fantastic job! Everything was done quickly but carefully and we really appreciated the clean up too. Highly recommended.
