Patenaude school of martial arts is a great place to sharpen your skills weather its on the ground or in the stand up. they have a great instructor sifu dan and a good group of solid ppl on the team to work with. Ive learned a lot and owe a lot to patenaude for the skills and knowledge ive learned. its also helped me mentally and physically. A great place to train for anyone at any lvl.

the Ontario Early Years in Sharbot Lake had the pleasure of asking Rob Driscoll to perform a magic show for children birth to six in Veorna during Success By Six week. I highly recommend Rob - he has handled my curly hair for 6 years, and I have always been thrilled with the cuts and the colour he has done. Lisa's Aesthetics are a perfect accompaniment and I am always able to schedule brows or nails for my visit. Recommend him highly - it's a small, nighbourhoodly, no fuss shop.
