Our summer tires were stolen out of one of their storage bins – my husband wasn't informed until AFTER he had waited in the service waiting room for over an hour. We live in downtown Ottawa so driving out there is a bit out of our way. They called us at 8AM the next day to say they found new tires for us, and then accommodated my husband right away when he drove out there for 11AM. The tires were installed, our winter tires stored, and they waived all of the fees, so it didn't cost us anything.

First ever visit to dealership in Dec, 2017. The courtesy shown, individualized attention to customer's observation and need and timely service offered were hallmarks of a truly professional service team. It was indeed impressive that headed by a thoughtful and attentive manager who actually took time to listen to the customer's views, the team ensured that work was done efficiently and satisfactorily. I had a very good experience with Obsession Automobile and the owner Stéphane. I test drove a BMW and then arranged to have it inspected by a specialty garage. Obsession staff were very helpful throughout and did not use pressure or intimidate in any way. I did not make the purchase but my experience was very positive and will not hesitate to return to this business in the future.
