Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I bought a little lilac tree and planted it in the fall. Its doing great and is flowering now. The staff was very helpful and gave me tips on care and feeding my tree.

We booked Spring Man Canada for snow removal the day of an anticipated snow storm... and thank god we did! Woke up today to an amazing job well done... an early Christmas miracle. This is our first time getting any type of snow removal help, and we are definitely impressed with the results so far. It made our morning much less stressful. Thanks again!
