Shopped around for my very first pick up truck and it says a lot when I want to return to a dealership to firm up a deal. Richard was an absolute gem provided straight up and genuine customer care. Made my first pick up truck buying experience easy and understandable. Treated me like a friend vs just another customer. I recently purchased a 2017 GTI with the performance package from Yorkdale VW. I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Duncan Todd. He was enthusiastic throughout the whole process, and was really passionate about the car. Very knowledgeable when it came to all the little features in the car and made sure to walk me through every step.
I visited a few different dealerships prior to visiting Yorkdale VW and the service I received everywhere else paled in comparison.
