Excellent Customer Service! Everyone was super friendly with me and walked me through what was going to be done and if I wanted to go with it. Promised time was exact , also estimates were exact as well. First time customer and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer. Nothing negative about the experience today. Overall 5/5 stars.

I have taken both my vehicles to Leno, my Ford F150and my Lincoln MKX and have been totally impressed with the service as well as recommended service. This shop is honest with what needs to occur and what can wait. All of my recent work done by Leno has been above board and I will continue to bring my vehicles to him... Excellent customer service.. Mechanic knows what he is doing and he shows you what is wrong with your car and makes sure that you see it unlike other mechanics when they just call through all the problems to your list even unnecessary stuff just so they make more money out of labour hours
