Went to Rona Martin Grove to find a paint for basement concrete floor, waterproof and mildew resistent.
Had no idea about this paint but met Elisabeth and got the best service, knowledge and attitude. I left with a big smile and the paint!

I have always had a positive experience at the Newmarket store. Especially considering that the floor staff is very busy. Cashiers always efficient and professional. Well stocked, neat, tidy. Online orders also very positive.

Gabriel was very helpful over the phone. Some stuff on the website had no price, but he went through everything with me and provided me with prices on the spot. He was very kind to me and answered all my questions. Brett was also very helpful and was prompt to send me an item (no charge) which i thought was missing (i found it and called him back). but they were both extremely helpful and kind, and responded within 24 hours to all of my emails. Very happy with their service and their team.

Today I went to Rona in East Gwillimbury to buy some hardware stuff. We met an associate named Diaba in paint department who took us to hardware section and helped above and beyond today. We were very impressed with her excellent customer service. She was very respectful, helpful and very knowledgeable about Rona products and had lot of patience as well. She spend almost 45 minutes to find the best hardware products for us. We are yet to find such a talented associate in any stores in New market
