Greg has been helping me with a bedbug infestation in an ottawa housing unit. He has been an absolute god-send, not only retreating when they came back for free, but also treating my partners home (he had carried them from my place to his) for a reduced price as well. Ottawa VIP Property management has been an amazing support in our adventures of becoming landlords. ESPECIALLY since we were out of province and in the middle of a pandemic. Seb and his team are super quick to respond to anything but specifically when problems arose were very responsive and helpful. Got there with no reservation and only planned on having one lane. We took up 4 lanes between kids and adults, then ordered pizzas and hung out in pool table bar area. Front desk and all employees were Super friendly and sooooo accomodating!
