Brian Wilson of Wade Roberts Plumbing came out to our home to help us figure out plumbing for a new downstairs bathroom. We are confident in the advice he provided and very pleased that he identified a pulmbing problem in our house that needed to be fixed. He is clearly very knowledgeable and customer service focused. I find Dr. Noel to be one of the best for treating ear and hearing problems. He is sympathetic and very understanding of the frustrations a very hard of hearing person is experiences. His office staff are very helpful and willing to adjust for clients, especially those who come from other areas. I would personally recommend him for his openness to listening and explaining the why questions patients ask of him.

I have loved receiving Dr Penny Seth-Smith's naturopathic care for the last 24 years. She is extremely skilled and generous, highly-intelligent and helpful to her numerous clients - many of whom naturally sing her praises for years. She has helped me especially homeopathically, and she is very knowledgable and experienced in numerous aspects of naturopathic medicine. I was extremely anxious and emotional about going to the dentist since I haven't been for 10yrs. Dr Regnier was so kind and supportive and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. He's definitely helped my fear of the dentist. I will be going back to him for any future work

I use this store and the one in Langford as my go-to home repair and maintenance store. I actually dont always know exactly what Im looking for but most of the staff can figure out what would be helpful in my situation. Its not a drive through, get in get out in ten minutes - kinda store, but I dont know a hardware store that is. I refuse to use the automated checkouts though. Maybe thats why less staff. Bring back more staff. Great place!
