Resonance Hearing Clinic - this clinic delivered everything thing that they promised to do (one competitive all-in up front cost, improved hearing, 3 years of outstanding clinical support so far (e.g., checkups, device support, etc.) - with no apparent end) AND at the end of my first 3 years (usual device warrantee period I believe) I received a huge unexpected delightful hardware orientated bonus that is likely not matched by other clinics - particularly the corporate ones.

6 years ago, my husband bought a truck from Paul, and today it was my turn! Paul is an amazing car sales man who does not pressure you to buy a vehicle or try to sell you a more expensive one. We took it for a test drive a week ago, shopped around, and went back on Paul's day off to buy it, he was happy to come from Victoria to do so. He has been very helpful to us, and always honest. We had a 1940 bathroom with original enameled cast-iron tub and pink tile surround. Anthony re-grouted all tiles and re-glazed tub and tiles to a better-than-new white finish. Beautiful!

I went to the Tillicum Mall medical clinic today and was impressed by the professionalism and the friendliness of the office staff. I was greeted by Pat and Cathy and found them to be extremely helpful and polite to my situation. They were fully booked at the time and they didn’t need to go above and beyond - but they did. They were able to fit me in between appointments with Dr. Perry. I was so impressed with the service from Pat, Cathy and Dr. Perry that I wanted to share my experience.
