GD Bookkeeping has been doing my books for a few years now. My company Manor House Realty and Rental Property Management is doing business in Vernon and Kelowna. Genevieve had never had a property manager as a client prior to myself. Within a few hours of discussing my needs and the needs of the Real Estate Council of BC we were ready for business. I was blown away to the point of tears today :) I am so extremely happy with the service I received from Keith and all his coworkers at the leckie location in Kelowna BC! I was expecting to have to pay over 800.00 for a new set of tires due to one discontinued blown one :( but upon arriving to the shop for pick up.... Keith informed me of the most beautiful surprise of being able to fix it all at NO COST!!!!! What an amazing, wonderful experience! I'm feeling very blessed :) thank you!!!!!

My wife and I were in the store last Saturday before thanksgiving. The lady working the store was by far the best at any customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and finally not pushy. If I lived there I would shop there all the time just for the comfort of being treated exceptional.

I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!

I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. Within minutes, my email problem was solved and I was able to continue on with my business. I am so grateful for the kind and prompt help I received. I would recommend this service to anyone.
