I was very pleased with the service and assistance with my home project. Mine was a relatively small job but they nonetheless paid attention to my needs and provided excellent service. They demonstrated a genuine interest in serving me.

Although I have stayed overnight at the WelcomInn a few times, mostly I come into town only for the day -- they offer very convenient and cost-effective day rates. Parking is ample and free.
The location is great for me, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with everything I need, including free wifi. There's a huge selection of restaurants within walking distance, but I usually prefer to bring food from home, so the small fridge and bar sink are great to have. Check in and out is easy, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
My only complaint? It would be nice if the rooms had microwaves.
Overall, a great value and a clean, friendly, convenient hotel experience for the business traveler.

The new Waterford Ottawa is quite stunning! Mom is so happy here. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your day. Beautiful grounds and indoor atrium as well.
