I called and was looking to purchase a frog for my kid and the cashier Kristal K...was great great help locating one for me in one of the petland stores now thats good customer service from her end but it was really expensive for the frog $$price was double other stores....but Krystals customer service is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️??

The staff are amazingly helpful and are great at recommending foods and other items that will best suit your pet. The store also supports a large number of Canadian pet food company's. Some of the food is made as local as AB. The store is near the Heritage c train station and also the number 3 bus. I go there for all my cat food and anything else I need.

Big Al's lives up to its name - the place is huge! They have everything you need for your aquarium and their selection of fish is second to none. The staff are very knowledgable and willing to help with anything! Bring your kids for the feeding frenzy - it's an absolute ball!
