I would like give huge thanks to Beth Conrod at the Bridgewater Hearing Institute. She went above and beyond her regular duties. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silverman and his staff. I am a returning client, and when I went for my consultation he remembered me and was so kind! The maternity ward here is outstanding. The doctors and nurses really do their jobs well, even going well beyond what you would expect in a hospital. We made the trip out there from Ottawa for both of our children because they were so good
