The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. They were able to work on my car when every other shop gave up and suggested that I brought it to the dealership. When everyone else who was willing to work on my car, gave me a crazy expensive quote, Rich’s Garage had my back and got the job done for less than half what everyone was charging!
