I was so grateful to have found this garage. I went there thinking I needed work on one thing...only to find out it was something different. They walked me through the problem with a flashlight and explained exactly what was damaged and promptly got me the price and did the work the same day as it was a dangerous thing to keep driving while broken. We needed an assessment of our water system to determine the cause of low pressure. Pinnacle Water Pump service booked an appt promptly and came to Salmon Arm to do a pump test on our well pump and replaced the water pressure tank that was malfunctioning. Great service from very knowledgeable team.

I brought my 1998 25hp mercury OB with NO SPARK to Richard. He quickly analyzed the issue (stator) and once I found a used one on ebay and had it delivered, Richard put it back in. After confirming spark, he called me before doing anything else and asked if I wanted him to fire it up, maybe change the plugs, etc. He changed the leg oil and everything else was excellent. Great price, great service, a super honest and capable person. I highly recommend Shuswap Marine Service. Good job!

Great service and they were genuinely interested in my needs and wants. I bought the new M2 driver earlier in the year from somewhere else but he let me compare a different shaft from the store on the golf course!!! Totally unexpected and appreciated. I for one won't shop anywhere else.
