No one in Nelson would help us as they were too busy with winter tire season, but Tony came and fixed our electrical problem and we were on our way. Very professional staff. Straight forward way of doing business. Many dealerships on the main strip and lots of choices but none better then Devon at Castlegar Kia. Don't take my word for it , give them a ring and find out why.

These guys are great! They give you an estimate with the amount and I’ve never paid more, most time that said amount and couple times less. I like that they give you the quote and then it’s your decision to say Yes or No.

had a flat tire on our rv , they were very booked up, but allowed me to us their floor jack, and so i removed the tire myself, they repaired the flat for free !

Excellent customer service!! Jeremy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.. Kal tire couldn’t provide the tires I needed so Jeremy found a reputable vendor who was able to help!! I’ve worked in retail for many years and that is how you bring customers back!! Also as I was loading my tires another young man who works for you cheerfully helped me load the rest! Thanks Kal tire for having such knowledge friendly and well trained staff! I will be spreading the word!!
