I had a power steering issue on my Mercedes, my car was really hard to steer. I took it to Hood Star Automotive, who dealt with it in a fast and friendly manner, I was back on the road in no time at all. They are great guys who really know their stuff. I would go back again and I would highly recommend them. Great to know someone in Chilliwack who is a fully trained Merc mechanic!

We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

I am writing this review today to recommend this dealership, Abbotsford Autoworld, to others. I had a great experience at this dealership and wanted to share to others. Not only where they very knowledgeable with their vehicle they knew exactly what I was looking for and got me into a vehicle I really wanted. They are kind for example offering me and my wife coffee while we waited for the insurance people to arrive. The salesmen they are very enjoyable to talk to as well. Everything was very convenient the finance people and insurance people came write to the dealership and we were out the door with our vehicle in less than an hour! Overall I would recommend these guys to others and I would consider this place the best experience I have had with a dealership.

I just had my windshield replaced and the service was Excellent. The staff are very friendly and very efficient. They had my Jeep finished in less time than expected. I left happy especially when I noticed my car had been cleaned and vacuumed. This is my place for any of my Glass needs.

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Honest, generous, great prices and went beyond the call of duty. Restored a used car I just purchased, removed offensive odor that permeated the inside, removed animal feces, removed old glue from decals on the outside, restored weathered exterior to look new and even did some extra work that was needed for no charge. When I left public stopped to admire my car. Best service in Hope, BC

A very honest garage. My Honda air conditioner stopped working. Paul Carter Auto, using their sophisticated analyzer, diagnosed and replaced the burnt out relay. Total cost - under $60 including parts.
