Finally, a physiotherapist and clinic that didn't just stick me on a machine! There approach is unlike any I have experienced. They take the time to explain everything in ways I could understand! AND spent about an hour each session re-assessing and working on me. I have been on physiotherapy programs before where I needed to go twice a week for 6-7 weeks with no luck... Taryn had me better in 4 sessions total. THANK YOU!

We have been going to Dr. Just for over 20 years. He is extremely quick at what he does. He is very pleasant, friendly and has a great attitude. Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. Very highly recommended. Dr.Robbins is extremely skilled and experienced. His rates are fair and affordable. Above all, he is honest and caring. I have seen other chiropractors in the past who try to take advantage of people. Dr. Robbins does not do this. He will tell you exactly what the problem is and treat you effectively and in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.

This place was really cool. It's a giant CrossFit place with tons of unique equipment and ideas as well as an entire side for boxing. Everytime I come in I'm working with a trainer so I like that. The people are really friendly and they know their stuff!

Zen is everything it claims to be. The minute I walked in the door I felt like I was relaxed and calm. The clinic is gorgeous and has high end touches like lemon water for patients, a fireplace in the seating area and hand towels instead of paper napkins in the washroom.
In addition to having a great 'ambiance' my treatment was phenomenal. Definitely one of the best massages I've ever had! The online booking made it easy for me to schedule an appointment, and the minute I got there the staff were warm and welcoming. I will be returning forsure!

After a car accident led to a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders, I went to see RMT Natiely. She loosened up all of the knots and even helped relieve the tightness in my hips as well. I often have difficulty finding an RMT that will use the right amount of pressure for me, but she got it exactly right. Would highly recommend her!

Dr. Moona and his amazing staff gave me my life back and I can’t thank them enough.
