A relatively low paying job proved to have its challenges for both me and Bills team. Through it all, they bent over backwards looking after me, the customer. Had my 1996 ford E350 into ford hallmark for brake repair and front end repairs twice,wasn't satisfied with the work, they were putting a dangerous vehicle back on the road.At fountain tire Derek took me into the garage,showed everything taken apart, plugged port, seized caliber, wrong bushing installed on front end.
After I got my truck back the brakes didn't squeak any more,brakes were working better then ever and good improvement over front end drive. Very happy.

Again the staff at this location continues to amaze me with the great service and welcoming counter attitude. I have been going there for many years and feel like one of the guys. The owner is awesome. I just love this place. Only thing missing is fresh baking ???

I would not buy my tires anywhere else. Karl tire price match, so you know you are getting the best price and their service is as good as it gets. I have had two recent experiences where Travis has saved me money, first I had torn the sidewalk of my tire and thought I’d have to replace it. Travis looked at it and said that it was fine. $180 saved there. Secondly, I’ve had trouble with my ABS. The guys diagnosed the fault for me free of charge. A1 service.
