I am a new customer and one the first day was well welcomed at reception when I had to make an a appointment to see someone to open an account which is about 5 minute walk from my house which is convenient when your getting up in age & health wise also. All of my questions were answered and I was well at eased with the person that I had the meeting with. Since then I have been there a few times and the employees are all pleasant and kind and really a good place to bank with.

Plus de 40 ans avec cette banque unique. Unique car qu'importe la succursale que j'utilise c'est toujours la même banque et çà c'est essentiel et sécurisant. On nous reconnaît comme bon client. Longue vie à la banque Nationale

My husband has the account at the bank but it's myself that does his online banking.We have been with Caisse Populaire for over 30 years ,he's been more then happy of the change he's made .It's the waiting in line that's a problem ,When you're in a rush and there a long line sometime you don't have the time to wait so you have to go back .I would recommend Banque Nationale .
