We had Joe Bodnar do three projects at our house. First a large renovation doing a finished basement. The workmanship was outstanding, whether it was the framing, drywall, taping, sanding, and painting. Price was very good too, and Joe worked seamlessly with all trades. The finished basement looks excellent! We then had him do a full fence replacement (picture shown) and tiling in our kitchen (picture shown). We intend to use him for some work at our cottage too! Highly recommended!

Peter provided great advice preparing the house for listing, assisting in final touches , showing and selling the property. Peter's sound assessment allowed for ease of sales negotiations and his advice and knowledge allowed for a smooth closing. Peter's knowledge, motivation and experience where exceptional and informative through out the whole process. I don't think I could have found a better realtor. I would recommend this agent to anyone interested in a fast trouble free sale
