Can't say enough good things about Sherwin's services in helping us get rid of a raccoon in our roof. Sherwin was a pleasure to deal with, and always responded promptly, even after regular business hours (very convenient for me since I'm at work during the day). He had to come out a couple times because our soffits were in such a bad state that they needed to be replaced before he could properly do his work. The company provided courteous and timely service for a bed bug issue. Naseer was our technician. He completed several treatments, was very thorough and did an excellent job of explaining the various steps involved. Just recently we had a rat infestation in our home. We tried to deal with it ourselves but were unsuccessful, so we called Pesterninate for help. Ruhul was very helpful, he not only helped us get rid of the infestation, but he also walked us through what he did, and walked around the house looking for, and closing off, all the possible entrances for the rats to enter. I had a rodent problem and called Bluecon.
I received a competitive quote over the phone and one of the technicians was at my house within 3 hours and he went over the possible entry points and solutions with me. It's been 5 months now and have not had a single issue. I did have to patch up the holes where the mice were coming in from but it made it easier knowing where they were!
