Went for drinks at first prior to a show at GM Centre and started talking to the clientele and ended up staying for dinner which was really good. Returned after the show and had a lot of fun and met some really nice people!

My husband and I used Pickles & Olives Bistro for our wedding catering this past August. Great restaurant! The atmosphere is great, it was nice to have a drink at the bar while waiting for our table. The service was perfect and the food fantastic. The Ribs were really melting. We will go back!

Bluewater Fish and Grill is a small, family owned and operated business, located in Stayner Ontario with a long history. Its current location has long served as a restaurant in Stayner since the 1960's. Bluewater Fish and Chips, originally operating in Collingwood, moved to this location and has been serving the area for the past 12 years.
With their 25+ years of success in the restaurant industry, where they owned and operated a Wimpy's diner in Aurora for 15 years, Lila and Chris purchased Bluewater Fish and Chips in 2013. From there, they made renovations and added much more variety to the menu, refreshing the name as Bluewater Fish and Grill. The response to the changes had won over the original customers. The customers were very pleased with all the changes made both inside the establishment and the menu.
