We are so thankful for the whole team at Meadowvale. Steph the OM is amazing and does everything she can to make sure our visits are hassle free, she always goes above and beyond, she treats us like family. Aelynne the dental assistant is lovely and always does what she can to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Smit is the best dentist my family has ever experienced. He is excellent with my kids and has made me, someone who would have an anxiety attack before each dental visit, totally calm.

I have been going to Dr Caners since I was 5 years old. She is such an amazing family dentist. Even when I moved from Poco for a couple of years, I drove half an hour to see her. The staff is so sweet. The office also supports local charities, including my own:)

Dr. Ali is the best dentist of my life. She saved my big smile and teeth, painlessly and speedy. Root canals are effective, even with calcifications. Two huge fillings avoided crowns. Another repair on my front teeth was beautifully done by Dr. Ali. The deep cleaning is a breeze. Everyone is friendly and professional. BLACK RABBIT TATTOO STUDIOS is like no other tattoo parlor I have been too. You can't hear the tattoo guns when you are in the front reception area, there is amazing art work hung on the walls, it's very clean and well maintained. Christina Christie did an airplane on my forearm which has impeccable detail. It has healed really well and I am thrilled to go back in. I listened to Leanne talk to a client about a piece they are working on. I am blown away by these two young artists. I will be back again. I would be willing to see either of these artists and am confident I would be very happy with the outcome.

When you walk in you're surprised with how beautiful the place is. When getting your hair cut, the stylist and their service is all important more important than the salon, and the best salons attract the best stylists. I've always had a hard time getting a good haircut even at some of the most expensive places in town. Beaute came highly recommended, I got my hair and makeup done and they truly do an amazing job. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely go back.

Even though I do a lot of book shopping online these days I still love going to Chapters and browsing the aisles and aisles and aisles of books. This store is great by virtue of its location and the knowledgeable staff who can guide you to almost any title in the store. It is also a great place to while away an afternoon flipping through books you may buy since the staff pretty much leaves you to your own devices if this is what you are choosing to do. They also have a great little gift section for unique and interesting gift items. They used to have a pretty good music section but this is being renovated right now...possibly because they are no longer going to carry music. Head into Chapters at Broadway and Granville and lose yourself in the books!

the food is fancy is delicious and the variety of taps are sure to quench your thirst!
