The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. This is the second time in 6 months that my hubby and I have used this repair shop. They fixed my fender bender beautifully and with only slight delays for parts because of covid. My hubby just had a collision and I highly recommended Inkster CarStar . He is very pleased with the staff and the great repair job they did on his car. I've never seen his car as clean as when they did the repairs Inside and out ! We will def use them again!

I bought a 2007 Toyota Sienna from Ishmael and had a great experience. He was extremely forthright and knowledgeable about my vehicle and very patient and creative about finding a financing arrangement with me. He was a pleasure to work with all the way through and 10 months into ownership I am totally satisfied with this vehicle. There were a few minor issues we noticed shortly after we took ownership - but Ishmael fixed it all up, taking total responsibility. Very impressive. Highly reccomend

A no hesitations recommendation. I have had service from other body shops and decided to try Don Vito for a change. My job required lots of detail and was a big job. I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.
