Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The staff at Pilot Sound Shoppers Drug mart are quite exceptional, in particular Annette, who has put a lot of time into getting some of my more problematic prescriptions successfully filled. Not once but 4 times now. Can not say enough good things about her.
