Randy fought a speeding ticket for our 20 year old son, he was professional and straight forward with all communications. There was no confusion or wondering as he covered all the bases. The outcome my son received was one that Randy explained from the start and we were more than happy with it. Went in to get my door repaired after someone backed into it. Service was very friendly, and they helped answer all sorts of questions not only about the repair itself, but about insurance. The repairs were completed pretty quickly. The finished result was great, and they cleaned the car to almost new condition (I forgotten what my dash looked like without the dust). Great service, highly recommended!

I will agree that the wait times can be pretty long, especially during weekends and peak hours. However, in my experience, I have been here a number of times, and seen a variety of doctors and have been quite pleased with all of them, (and that is quite a compliment from me). Compared to other clinics I have been to around Sherwood Park, I will keep coming back to Rexall Medicenter.
