I had Steve come by today to deal with a broken lightbulb (that was more complicated than it sounds). He’s such an upbeat guy, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing so I can do it myself next time. And unbelievably, not only did he fix it in under 10 minutes, he did it free of charge! Only in Sooke. He also shared with me resources for other trades should I need them. His communication was prompt and respectful, even on the weekend. I’ll be recommending Happy Valley to everyone.

Joseph installed 12 potlights in my house and upgraded my panel. I was impressed by his punctuality and attention to detail. He also noticed that some of my previous breakers weren't up to code and found all of the necessary materials to bring my house up to par. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone I know who needs electrical work done.

We needed some renos done last year and hired RTD to do a bunch of upgrades and additions including adding programable thermostats and baseboard heaters, exterior power plugs, exterior light, and interior power plugs. Guys were fast and efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone needing electrical renovations.

Mike Smith Electric returned my call was courteous and accomodating fitting me in his schedule near the end of his day during snowy weather.Was busy called me in advance to say so.Wow a trade on the Island that is customer centered.I ve experienced many trades who just dont show up.Mike Smith electric showed up when he said he would.Helped me resolve the issue
