We had one of our fleet trucks requiring service. All locations advised me 3 weeks. Having a truck down is a huge issue for us. Tanya and Abbey we amazing ! they shuffled and found same day service for diagnostics to be done. They were friendly, helpful and so supportive.

When we were expecting our child we hit Baby's world for practically all of our baby needs. We smelled gas when our Raypak gas boiler cycled on. Fortis found 500 ppm carbon monoxide reading and unburned gas so turned off boiler. Repair company believed that it was a problem with the manifold but our plumber felt it might be the gas jets needing cleaning. We called Boilers and Beyond for a second opinion before authorizing purchase of a new boiler. Rahim answered immediately, came on w/e, identified three separate problems & fixed them all. Genius! Awesome response. Hire him!

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. Parm and Kaitlyn went beyond the call of duty to serve me creating and adjusting my blinds.
