March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

My iPhone suffered extensive salt water damage ....I had not backed up my phone and feared I had lost valuable irreplaceable photo's and information. I cannot say enough about how personable and informative they were. The iPhone was repaired in a timely fashion and I am relieved to say the information I feared lost was save. I am very grateful .

We had a problem with an app on our phone loading into the system on our car and received unbelievable customer service from Karan at this Telus store. The customer service I received today was Awesome. The guys were very friendly. My iphone stopped working last night. I took my iPhone 6s to the CELL MANIA for check up and they said all it needed was cleaning in my charging port and it was done free of charge. I really recommend this place.

Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place.
