I was helped by an associate named Hylen, and she was the NICEST person to talk to! I’m a telus customer, and I wasn’t happy with their phone cases+ screen protecters. Hylen ended up spending 45mins talking to me about the different cases and protectors. She answered all my questions with a big smile, and her warm bubbly energy made me feel really reassured in my purchases!

Raman truly cares about what you need and goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need. I am a senior and sometimes struggle with this digital world. I have been to this location with numerous inquiries since I purchased my new cell phone/plan from them, but every time they welcome me with open arms and smiles. As a Fido cellular phone ambassador, Ravi, one of the store's sales representatives, was very helpful, enthusiastic and thorough in his review in helping me renew my contract and upgrade to an IPhone 5s. He showed diligence and care in dealing with Fido reps on the phone as my representative, to ensure all my pre-negotiated inclusions were in my new contract prior to leaving the store.. I would highly recommend people to go see Ravi when considering a new Fido phone and/or contract.
Note: While I was in store however waiting for Ravi to finish helping me however, I observed that his fellow sales associate did not once acknowledge customers entering the store! He just sat there staring at his computer. I would encourage the owners of this franchise to consider Mystery shoppers to ensure all customers equally receive the same level of customer service from this store.

I contacted Kavi after the Apple Store diagnosed my phone needed a new battery. Apple was set to charge me $100 + tax to change my battery. And it was supposed to take almost 2 hours. Kavi came to my house, replaced the battery in 30 min and I was on my way. 3 months later, everything is still working beautifully. Excellent service. Friendly guy. Totally professional.

Can you get your screen fixed for $5 cheaper in a sketchy messy little booth on the 4th floor of some mall in Richmond or Metrotown? Yeah you can, but you are gonna regret it.
