Loreen was very helpful in showing my wife and me the new models available. We ended up spending less than expected as she explained that a medium-sized fireplace was quite sufficient for our needs, and suited the family-room better. Bring on the next ice-storm. We're ready!

when we got there last year with our new trailer there had been a heavy rain and t storm our site was a wash out ,went to office and they had a backhoe and a few buckets of gravel and we had driest and levelest camp in camp ground now that's called customer service and that's a fact jack

Backed car into ditch and was rescued by Eric of B&B Towing.
He was very professional, understanding and efficient in getting the car out and back on the road.
