They are incredibly thorough, never missing a thing and are very reliable. They've been cleaning our home for 3 years and its been a huge stress relief. We had Susan to our house for a cleaning and she was so thorough! It was so nice to sit back and not worry about anything. Susan did every level to perfection and it only took her 2.5 hours! Marlenis goes above and beyond every time. She has cleaned our house four times now and is returning this week for the fifth. It is obvious that she takes great pride in her work and does an extremely thorough job, better than you would expect. We have had many maid services over the years, but no one has come even close to the level of professionalism shown by Fresh & Shiny. Marlenis is a lovely, pleasant woman ... honest and trustworthy.
