I cant say enough good things about Wooftown. First, our dog loves the food. When we gave him the previous food for the past 2 years he used to pick out certain pieces that he didnt want to eat and leave them around the house. We also put olive or coconut oil in the food to make sure he ate it. The Wooftown food he finishes completely and we dont need to add anything to it. Janet the groomer was very careful and conscientious.. Asked lot of questions about what we wanted . A great short cut for both our Westie and Bolonka . We made a 4 pm appointment- she took them immediately- no cage lock up.. Told us to come back at 6:30 pm and they had just been finished 5 minutes earlier - no long wait in cages. We were very lucky to get a same day appointment- I don’t think a lot of people know they are there.

We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue. In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

This is a great place to shop for pets. The staff is helpful with their advice and suggestions when asked. They love when your pet comes in and give a treat if it is OK with the pet owner. I have shopped there for years and enjoy my visits there . The staff is friendly and always make it a good experience.

I am very happy with the services at this store. The woman who works there has been a valuable source of information which has helped us sort through the various things people say we ought to do when it comes to our animals and reptiles. She has saved the life of our lizards and has helped us pick out pets which we have been very happy with. If you are concerned with the health and well being of your pets, please talk with Dani. This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

I love this place. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great selection of snakes, lizards, amphibians and spiders. They always have the feeders I need....I have snakes, lizards, tarantulas and scorpions. I won't go anywhere else.

Helpful staff who don’t oversell accessories, got very good-tempered hamsters for the kids. Nice selection of bettas. Store is obviously smaller than retail chain, but tidy and not smelly despite the closely racked cages.
