These pharmacists are incredibly professional and helpful. They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day. Really happy with their incredible knowledge and going the extra mile. I’ll be going there from now on as a result. I highly recommend.

I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. For the past 15 years, I have undergone numerous professional massages to help with my carpal tunnel syndrome and reoccurring sciatic back pains. Out of town client in need of (Emergency service) Clinic staff was fast friendly and thurough. Called for an emergency appointment at 8:00 a.m. was told we can come straight in. Our little "Mira" was imediately assessed received emergency surgury and was ready for pickup by 3:00 pm. The staff went beyond our expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I purchased the ADL Spa hydrotherapy tub from Aquassure Accessible Baths Kelowna in 2012 in order to treat my advanced osteoarthritis. I use it with Epsom salts as soon as I feel any joint pain or muscle tightness and have experienced very positive results. The adjustable massaging jets can be aimed directly over the painful area, and sliding smoothly in and out without any awkward bending and stretching is also a 'joint-saver.' The installation was straightforward and went without a hitch. My new tub is a very reliable and attractive addition to my bathroom. I now can perform my own hydrotherapy WITHOUT LEAVING MY HOME! I have no regrets whatsoever in purchasing this wonderful product. Thank you Aquassure for such a unique invention which helps me live a pain-free life without needing any risky surgery!

This young hard working caring therapist is someone you need to have work with you. She tries to find a solution specific to your injury so you can recover and carry on with life. I have worked with her for 9 months, she always looks for cutting edge exercises, simple to help you recover. You do need to do the work as your recovery is your journey she is the coach.After breaking my back in 2 places, my shoulder blades and severe whiplash I am walking, golfing .
