I visited this location to repair the screen of my M1 Pro, and the outcome was exceptional. The diagnosis was quick and conducted with utmost honesty. What sets this shop apart from others is their practice of diagnosing and opening the MacBook right in front of the customer. You can discuss any issue regarding your MacBook directly with the staff. Matt does excellent work and can be depended on to take care of everything you need.I bought a new computer from him and he took care of everything including transferring everything from my old computer to the new one without having to reinstall all my programs. Whenever I have an issue he takes care of it. \Including coming when my computer wouldn't start(it got unplugged somehow. I depend on him completely and have never been disappointed. I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro.
