I was not receiving emails and was unable to contact google to help me with this, and a nerdsonsite rep answered the phone right away and was able to guide me through solving this big problem for me. Within minutes, my email problem was solved and I was able to continue on with my business. I am so grateful for the kind and prompt help I received. I would recommend this service to anyone. My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. Just wanted to say thank you ActiveEX, the tech that worked on my laptop was really good. My laptop got hit with a virus and was not booting up. They rebuilt my laptop and restored all my files and recommended a better way of storing my data. Great service and quality work!! Would definately recommend them.

Pros: Can not say enough good things about this store. Cheap, fast and quality work that I've never seen anywhere else. I've had my system for a little over 2 years, and have never had a problem with it, I'm a gamer, and it still runs like new.
I've had a few friends get their systems from these guys. Wouldn't reccomend anyone else.
Cons: If I ever think of any, i'll let you know.

Fully recommended. Excellent, professional and friendly customer service. Took my laptop to a couple places before I went to see The Computer Guys. They not only misdiagnosed issue but wanted to rip me off as those places usually do. Not in this place. Mark was very professional and reasonable. I will give them business again By far the Computer Repair shop I have ever been to in Vancouver.

Matt does excellent work and can be depended on to take care of everything you need.I bought a new computer from him and he took care of everything including transferring everything from my old computer to the new one without having to reinstall all my programs. Whenever I have an issue he takes care of it. \Including coming when my computer wouldn't start(it got unplugged somehow. I depend on him completely and have never been disappointed. He goes the3 extra mile to make sure everything work.

Dr. Geek went above and beyond to fix my MacBook that was completely Corrupt. He even made multiple trips to pick up a secondary computer to try to fix my problem. After ready online, it said everything needed to be erased and would likely be lost on my computer (from all other people in similar situations)however Dr. Geek recovered everything. I am extremely grateful for his expertise. He was professional and completed in a timely manner and kept me in the loop via text messages the entire time
