I was first introduced to Align Chiropractic through my mom who started with them in 2000. I've been going to the clinic since 2007 and have experienced nothing but satisfaction with the service and the staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy. I love how personal each appt. is- you don't feel like just another client. I've been able to manage my chronic back pain with regular visits; Dr. Watson (literally) has my back covered! Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. Bought a new stationary bike and rowing machine. When Adam came to put the equipment together, it turned out the seat on the bike was broken. They were very responsive and apologetic and not only replaced the seat, but actually exchanged the entire bike. Great service. Would definitely get all our equipment from HomeFit Kitchener.
