Very professional/experienced staff, appointments are on time and facility appears to be well cleaned. I have had several appointments at this clinic and have been very happy with the entire process and results I have received. I've checked around and prices appear to be comparable to other similar high quality service clinics in the area. Certainly would recommend treatments here.

My dad has taken his guide dog here fir years. They are friendly and very knowledgable about the special care needed fir my dads small dog. They even treat him (dog) with special care not to touch his feet.

absolutely amazing company! our carpets were a complete mess, we never expected them to even be able to get rid of half the stains, but they managed to leave them spotless! it looks like have brand new carpets! the customer service was fantastic, he was so accomadting and kind! will 100% recommend oxifresh to everyone we know, and everyone we meet! can't wipe the smiles off our faces! :)

The Staff were so friendly! I felt like they actually cared about what I wanted. My glasses came in and they look great! It was so easy to make the appointment to see the Doctor and to do the shopping. I'll be coming back there for my next pair!

Jasmine was the one who finally found the problem and I couldn’t be more pleased. We couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, and had others out that had thought they had found the reason, but it still wasn’t quite right. Jasmine and her trainee were here about five minutes and found the culprit right away. It was a crack in one of the fittings. They replaced it and now there is no smell, and I am finally safe. What a real treasure you have there.

My son broke his glasses while visiting from Ontario. The friendly people at VernonOptometry did a temporary repair, and even gave him a complimentary pair of contact lenses to get us through the rest of our holidays. Awesome service, and very much appreciated!
