I've used a variety of Sherrie's 'Simply Helpful' services over the last several months. She has helped us with everything from organizing and prepping to move to getting set up in our new home. We had an opportunity to visit the show room for the first time and were quite well serviced. I believe Steve was our first contact, well we were so impressed we got our fire place serviced and a BARBQUE GAS was also purchased. The bbq was assembled, delivered the gas line hooked up. I would say this business understands service.

I want to respond to VioletW, her laptop was diagnosed as a damaged motherboard. She had taken it to 2 other shops. I showed her damage caused by a previous repair attempt. She decided not to repair it. 2.5 hours of disassembly, diagnostic and reassembly and only charged for 1 hour as I felt bad for her situation. The accusation of scratching the screen is untrue. I am disappointed that she tries to sabotage my business for something not in my control.

Paul and team helped me fix my gaming computer. had a small issue that needed to be repaired after original fix... paul came in on a saturday on his day off to get me back in business. great customer service and a great shop!

Couldn't ask for better service. I took my PC to the shop in the morning and it was fixed within a few hours. Got it back the same day. Reasonable prices too. I would recommend Computer Smart, and I'll use their services again if required.
