I would like give huge thanks to Beth Conrod at the Bridgewater Hearing Institute. She went above and beyond her regular duties. After my appointment, where Beth was very professional and kind, she proceeded to take my situation even further by contacting the ENT in Halifax (not part of her job.) had me an appointment in Halifax the next business day and because of her actions, part of my hearing was restored. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silverman and his staff. I am a returning client, and when I went for my consultation he remembered me and was so kind! He genuinely cared to hear about my life and what brought me in. He was compassionate, and honest and gave me a few options and suggestions which one was even do nothing. I did not like going to the dentist. I finally found an office where the staff and dentists work very well as a team and I am very comfortable going, no more anxiety for dental treatment. Very professional, knowledgeable team. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

The maternity ward here is outstanding. The doctors and nurses really do their jobs well, even going well beyond what you would expect in a hospital. We made the trip out there from Ottawa for both of our children because they were so good

Needed a peculiar battery for my Garmin Vivofit.. when it was not on the display board the man looked out back and found it!!
As a 68 year old widow I was intimidated by changing the battery and did not have the proper tool. He completely looked after it for me. It was a small purchase but huge to me in terms of service. Highly recommend this shop for all your battery needs.

Bed bath is a great chain. The service here is extremely friendly and helpful. Many of the employees were glad and waiting to help you. The location is perfect next to many shops.

I find the staff very accommodating and polite. I see the doctor due to an eye problem and they make sure my prescription and appointments are at appropriate timings. I have recommended them as I was recommended to them many years ago.
