Dr Copeland is awesome. He has helped me almost eliminate my chronic headaches. I have suffered from daily headaches until now! I had pretty much written off chiropractors until my partner recommended Dr. Copeland. My partner had gone to see him with back problems & within 7 days he was feeling 100% better. I saw a huge change in him so decided to go myself & I am so glad I did. Ladies at reception are really friendly & they always have the appointment time I need! Highly Recommended!

The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. I have been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care. The quality of treatment and professionalism that has been provided to me was exceptional, as the staff and doctor have gone above and beyond to help me. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

I have Cancer, therefore I have occasion to be at this facility for appointments. It is a very pleasant place. The volunteers are very helpful. Good parking, etc.

I really enjoyed this class! Much better than others I've taken. It was more practical :) and I feel confident to use my knowledge. Highly recommend this course and it's also fun! All we do is laugh at Jason's jokes and upbeat attitude

I was extremely anxious and emotional about going to the dentist since I haven't been for 10yrs. Dr Regnier was so kind and supportive and made sure I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. He's definitely helped my fear of the dentist. I will be going back to him for any future work

My wife and I bought a big screen tv from this location. We got home and when we had it unboxed We discovered the screen was cracked. We so very stressed and concerned that we would have a big process to get the tv replaced. When we tried calling the store there was no answer. We decided to box the tv and bring it back. We were greatly surprised as to how easy it was to get the tv replaced. No discussion, just a direct offer to replace the tv! We were amazed by this great service!

A friend of mine purchased an iPhone through Colton at the Kelowna location, and recommended him for mobility services. Months down the road my iPhone was on its last legs, and I decided to contact him. I found out he had sadly relocated to the Victoria location. However, he went above and beyond and was still able to set me up with a new iPhone at a great price! All I had to do was pick up the phone from the Kelowna store. Thank you Colton for the great customer service!
