I took my 17 " MacBook Pro to Aitan because it wouldn't accept an OS X upgrade from 10.5.8. to 10.6.3 via DVD. Aitan took care of the problem perfectly and installed the upgrade without issue. He also advised me that my DVD drive may need replacement however he advised that we take a 'wait and see' appreoach to how it works going forward. In my world, it's important to have a trusted car mechanic, a trusted barber and a trusted computer consultant. I now have the latter. Aitan works from home, keeps his costs down and does excellent work. What more could one ask for? Thanks Aitan!

Payroll was always a bit of a fuss at work but with this new time clock software from National Time everything has been very smooth lately. Their customer service was efficient and very knowledgeable. No mess ups or angry co-workers lately which is always a big plus.

Dr Copeland is awesome. He has helped me almost eliminate my chronic headaches. I have suffered from daily headaches until now! I had pretty much written off chiropractors until my partner recommended Dr. Copeland. My partner had gone to see him with back problems & within 7 days he was feeling 100% better. I phoned in a bit of a panic - audio on computer really scratchy - I thought Id need new one. They were very kind and helpful on the phone, took my computer in with intention to get new one and have all data transferred. Jeff first tried blowing air in speakers, then Chris pulled up Neil Diamond audio for us to assess - it was great. No need for new one - so thankful, especially during this very odd time. Fabulous service.

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
