Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

So I had signed up for credit counselling (government OPD program) and was paying $1200 per month for 4 years. It seemed like a good idea at the time but I never really understood what it was costing me and assumed the program was the best solution for me. I can see how it may help someone with a very simple and basic problem.
Anyway, Randy from Parley was able to get my payments down to $240 per month for 5 years and I got to keep my house. Do the math, even after paying the credit counselling for 10 months, I still saved over $25000 to go with Randy. And his fee was almost half. And he is rebuilding my credit - best 3 grand I ever spent! I cant say enough about Parley and I am open to share my story with anyone who is willing to listen :)
It is not all rainbows and lolli pops but having someone on your side to help navigate sure does take alot of the stress away.

Excellent service! I have trouble finding frames that fit my face and prescription and they went over and above searching and ordering in new frames for me until we found the right one. I have enjoyed the comfort and friendly atmosphere here! The staff are always willing to help in all areas and I find are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. The front desk girls are smiling and very pleasant with either a booking or helping you with your glasses decisions. The office is clean and well maintained and following above and beyond the COVID protocol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company at all! In fact I have several times. Thanks. Linda
