From our first meetings and estimates on costs to him handing over the keys to our new home. IDL was personable, well spoken, friendly and kept us informed. My wife and I can be demanding and he was more than obliging to all our requests and able to keep them on budget. Any small issues with subcontractors he dealt with swiftly and professionally. A totally positive experience for us, especially considering all the horror stories most people tell about their contractors. We choose Classic Roofing as Grant (the owner) has years of experience and knows his stuff when it comes to roofing... when it came time to do the work, the install crew was awesome... Dougie , the lead installer was great to deal with. and they cleaned up all the debris when done.
