He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. We would highly recommend Mark of MAC Stewart Plumbing to all our family, friends and acqaintances and to anyone reading this review. We had an emergency early morning in the country and despite this Mark responded immediately. He had all the necessary materials which were of the highest quality yet very reasonable in price. We worked with a relocating company from my husbands business along with Grand Floors Ltd. Moving provinces isnt easy when you cant be in two places at once. The team at Grand Floors renovated our main and upper level with new hardwood flooring throughout. We upgraded our staircase railings and spindles. We did all of the selections over the phone, emails and text. The team was very accommodating to our needs. We are extremely pleased with the quality, timeline, service and price.

Why drive all the way to Barrie to a big box store to get you hardwares? I find great service and a fair selection in Alcona. Sometimes I don't find everything I need but I always get greeted by friendly people and very knowledgable about the products. Keep up the great service guys!
