My experience with o the mechanics(Jody and Carl) and front desk(Joe) have always been amazing. They are very proficient in what they do and the service is tremendous. Never added on charges, honest and reasonable. I have always felt very comfortable taking my vehicles for service with them. My experience for the last 15 years has always been a positive one.

I love taking Daena, our K9 companion, to K9 Central! As soon as we turn on their street and she realizes that she will be going there, she is excited! She is always well looked after and she treated well. On occasion we have had her kennelled, followed by a bath, brushing and nails and those services are wonderful as well. (Daena still likes going, even if they did, do her nails!) the staff is friendly and care about your precious pet.

These guys had to deliver bad news to me. The repairs we worked on didn’t solve the problem and the real problem was much bigger and more costly than I could afford. We walked through solutions together and came up something that was workable. Made a difficult situation manageable.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Normally when you walk into a place to get service done, they ask How may I help you?, BUT Shaylene and Ryan asked how I was doing today on this lovely day. On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.

When I met Tim the first time, he already gave me free advice about my car problem and even loaned me a battery booster to take home for my convenience. Good community service and dedicated tradesmanship. Nice to have such a garage around.

My family has purchased 5 cars from this company. Their service is excellent. In each case, the cars were perfectly prepared by their own mechanics and their continued follow up service was honest and complete.
